My branch just left 4 of us and a newcomers, feel very frustrated as the turn over is flying high... when is my turn.. this is the main issue that im concern.. everytime when there is a new management take over or restructure.. why the change is so big... i feel sad and frust.... can i sustain this??
I feel frust as this might affect on my own plan... and the plan is keep on delaying... what i can do on this?? keep on dragging?? or anyone can tell me?? feel lost again... i hate this kind of feeling.. i hate this...
