Pray for Her_Mimosa Yap

Received a bad news from my spore office regarding one of our HP Project Manager was met an accident and now she was lying in intensive care unit with coma. She lost her left eye, hand and leg. Somemore her cheek bone was broken too. The accident happened during her way back home during midnight. According to others, she might fall sleep during her drive as she had not sleep for the past 30++hours.

Feel very heart broken once i received the news. Well, im not really know her and last friday is the very first time im liase and work with her in spore. Just one week, things might change from better to bad. She is a person who are low profile, hardworking and friendly. Friends over there, please pray for her..pray for her life..

My working day in Pontian

Train, train and train..from desa cemerlang to downtown. Today, Im going down to Pontian with my junior.. As im resigned, therefore i have to pass all the customer to him before i leave. We are on the way to Pontian, a sunny day..i like the weather..

it took 40 minutes to reach , almost 60km ..

had our lunch at famous wanton stall..they are using tomato instead of dark sauce..if you are not used to it you are unable to accept..as the taste will be a bit weird

Resign

Im on half day leave and went for my medical check up in molek, finally settled and tender my resignation letter to my previous manager few minutes before.

He did not asking much and i think he should fully understand what was going on and what are the main criteria that i decide to tender. Thanks God, im settled everything. Now is just for me to wait for the HR to confirm that my total annual leave (pro rate) and the exactly my last day in pervious company.

Finally tender. Thanks for the person that who tolerant me and teaching me all the way from i join till today. I learned and i growth ... but is the time for me to exposure now..i hope i can flying high from now onwards.

Singapore Business Trip

Back from spore few hours before, as went there for business trip..so very very tired..the workflow over there is very unsystematic..as the warehouse just establish and a lot of uncertainties was keep happened..

Stay overnight in cousin house as im stay back in the office quite late therefore too tired to travel back msia.. Finally is saturday..i can take the opportunity to take rest..

Wake up early in the morning for breakfast with my both lovely cousin. We went to the clementi centre for our big feast..hehe as im FOOD LOVER..i like to venture all the nice and new food..Let see what we grabbed..

My favourite Hot Plate Noodle..I been ate this since im in secondary school...i like it very much..
the sauce is just pretty yummy..not too saltier just nice...

Auntie still not aware that im taking her picture..shall tell her during my next visiting..

during the old days...it cost us RM 3/ till not is been another 10 years we can get it at RM4/ for me is pretty reasonable..

Cheryl made this for us..wow..this time she just made 2 type of sushi for us...where is my beancurd one?? ehehe..sorry harr.. I cant asking for more if not she cant even have time to sleep during the nite..Hey frenz, did you know that she wake up 2am in the midnight just doing this for us..please dont torture her anymore..next time if you all wanna eat her sushi, then we can plan an outing to her house for sushi..ohh..

Actually i should blog about this post long time ago, but due to im too ...not to say much you should know im getting busy recently therefore got no time to .. go there many times as i like the food there lol somehow is operate by one of my secondary school mates..
If you wanna go there during full moon or first , you should not be able to get the seat easily..normally will be full house one...Guo Ping, so admire you horr..young enterpreneur ler..i want to learn from you...must share with me...eventhough is run in hawker centre but the service is pretty good also..eveytime guo ping will take initiative to getting seat for the customer one...so nice horr..you should try it out..

Sizzling Stonegrill @ City Square with my cousin "Belated Bday celebration

Belated bday celebration with my cousin at Sizzling stonegrill, city square.. Strongly recommended by cousin..for me the food there is just normal..the only thing that i can compliment was their service..they thought im too girlish dun know how to cook, therefore one of the waiter come over my place and help me to cook for it..so good..

Ayam Goreng_Larkin Industrial Park

Another outdated blog to post, that is another lunch outing to Larkin with Anne and Eng. This is just a traditional mamak stall operate in industrial park, nothing special. But our colleagues like to travel all the way to this place just for goreng ayam. The stall is located in jalan petaling. You can easily recognised the stall as everytime you will see the stall must be crowded or full house one.

Finally is friday, the day im looking forward to... but but but i got catch by the traffic police due to im over speed...OMG 92 /kmj also consider over speed.. at first he ask me whether i can pay for the summon or not..(hint me to give him undertable money;coffee money) I insist both i also got no money to pay so continue bluffing him that im unemployment now hope that he can let me go... then without giving any summon he really let me go lor.. but i think he must be very angry and going to send me the summon through post instead of wasting time...

Yes I know im abit late to blog about this as we were went to MH for lunch during chap goh mei..
We that means not only me, im going with Grace lol...First time been there, deco and environment are good but the food are just so so..nothing special.. If you are looking for one place which are good environment, cheap but not really looking for good and nice food..this must be a very good place for you to try out...

Ginger Duck + Curry Vegetable

Anyone went for election? I miss this round as I didnt even register yet.
As plan, I should go over Aunt Yong house and learned cooking.. but I didnt go on time as received a msg from my youngest auntie regarding Sze Min was went for operation, Appendix. Therefore, im heading down to Jusco to grab some UHT milk and barbie doll before "attending the class". (plan to go after dinner)

Let see what i learn from the class.
At first, we need to prepare one duck and take out the skin

and these are the ingredient that we need to use for ginger duck

boil the hot water and pour all the duck to cook.

After that, wash the duck with mineral water...

fried all the ingredients together with sesame oil..

after that, follow with duck and mineral water

cook for one hour till the duck meat is just tender..and ready to served on the table

get ready all the fish, meatball and chilli ball

all kind of vegetable that you would like to add in, i had add in tomato, brinjal, cabbage, lady finger

fried onion, garlic with chilli ball

add hot water and boil

pour in all the vegetable

while all the vegetables are well cook follow to add in coconut milk...

The above dishes are quite easy to learn, the main criteria is it has to take about to 2 hours for 2 dishes , time consuming...
