Ginger Duck + Curry Vegetable

Anyone went for election? I miss this round as I didnt even register yet.
As plan, I should go over Aunt Yong house and learned cooking.. but I didnt go on time as received a msg from my youngest auntie regarding Sze Min was went for operation, Appendix. Therefore, im heading down to Jusco to grab some UHT milk and barbie doll before "attending the class". (plan to go after dinner)
Let see what i learn from the class.
At first, we need to prepare one duck and take out the skin

and these are the ingredient that we need to use for ginger duck


boil the hot water and pour all the duck to cook.
After that, wash the duck with mineral water...
fried all the ingredients together with sesame oil..

after that, follow with duck and mineral water
cook for one hour till the duck meat is just tender..and ready to served on the table

get ready all the fish, meatball and chilli ball

all kind of vegetable that you would like to add in, i had add in tomato, brinjal, cabbage, lady finger

fried onion, garlic with chilli ball
add hot water and boil
pour in all the vegetable
while all the vegetables are well cook follow to add in coconut milk...
The above dishes are quite easy to learn, the main criteria is it has to take about to 2 hours for 2 dishes , time consuming...
