I did really enjoy the day in KL lol..not only training..did go for shopping, visiting fren and family lol... share some of my training life photo with yours...

see how hardworking am i? only take away food from petaling street..and having it at hotel without going out ...
you can try it out if you are there..the claypot chicken rice is quite yummy but a bit pricy lol..it cost me RM 7/=
