We went to this XO fish head mee hun soup the day before we shooting off to Singapore Zoo, strongly recommended by san ge. We give it a try..mmh is really yummy de lor..
we have "san lou hou fan" which served with beansprouts, slices of fish and kueh tiew..you have to mix all before you eat it lor..is kinda yummy..you could not get it in malaysia one..mhhn thumbs up..
other than that, you should try another signature dish..mee hun soup with X.O
the fish head is kinda tender lol..it might melt in your mouth within one second..
mmmm..
