Happy with my current Job

I never feel that happy before.. mayb the effort that i put in are much more than last time therefore when i reach my target, i feel glad. That why im here to share my happiness with my current job eventhough is tough but i feel it happy as nothing is easy...

The process that i experience is totally different, you would never know if you never experienced of it..eventhough my schedule is peak but i really feel satisying...

A visit to Taman rekreasi Mutiara Rini

A very fine saturday afternoon, me decide an outing to Taman rekreasi MR, im the very first time to the place...but for the rest they are used to go there during weekend morning for exercising... let see what i had snap during the short trip..

there is few stalls which are selling kite over there...the price is not cheap, the cheaper still have to cost you RM 10/=

Commercial Rally 2008 @ One World Hotel

I am back from Kl trip as last few days i were in Kl for attending our annual rally for a total of 3 days 2 nite... it really a tired trip everyday the schedule were full. Let us start with our very first day 1 when we are boarding in...

The cocktail start at 7.30pm and follow with our dinner. At the same time, our perfomances were carry on too.. we are the champion during that nite..yippie yippie...RGS...we are the champion.. some are the photos taken during the nite..

Fried Fish with golden garlic

My second attempt, Fish.
The detail will be as below:

Ingredients:
1. 600g fish tail
2. 2 cups oil for deep frying
3. 4 tsbp chopped garlic

Gravy:
1. 1 tbsp oil
2. 2 tbsp chopped garlic
3. 2 tbsp light soya sauce
4. 1 tbsp oyster sauce
5. 1 tsp sugar
6. 1 tbsp shaoxing wine
7. 100ml water

Method:
1. Heat up oil for deep frying, deep fry fish tail until golden brown and crispy. Dish and drain
2. Put chopped garlic in the same and deep fry until crispy. Dish and drain. Sprinkle onto fry fish tail.
3. Gravy: Heat up oil, Stir chopped garlic for a short while ( do not turn into brown), added in the remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Remove from heat and pour over fish tail. Serve immediately.

that is the ingredients that you need
not really nice lol... mayb is too much of gravy..
should try it more often...m

Spicy Garlic Chicken

I gave it my first attempt to cook and learn from the recipe... the first dish is spicy garlic chicken

Ingredients: 2 chicken whole legs, cut into pieces
: 1 cup oil for deep frying

Marinade: 1/2 tsp salt
: 1 tbsp water
: 1 tsp corn flour

Sauce: 2 tbsp chopped garlic
: 1 red chilli, chopped
: 2 tbsp tomato sauce
: 3 tbsp chilli sauce
: 1/2 tbsp sugar
: 1/4 salt
: 100ml water


Method:
1. Mix chicken with marinade and marinate for 30 minutes. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Dish and drain

2. Leave 1 tbsp oil in wok, saute chopped garlic until fragrant. Add sauce ingredients and bring to boil. Add in chicken and stir fry until well mused. Dish up and serve.

there is the ingredients and sauce you have to prepare ..
do you find it delicious?? i think if this is the first attempt i think i can score it at 80% haha...

I cant really digest all my workload..and everyday i keep waiting for the weekend or public holiday to come..finally today is the public holiday in Johor.. I dont even know what holiday is that..just knewing that this is my day off and the day for me to do whatever things that i like it..

Actually today i have to do my rebonding and due to my appointment is in the afternoon, therefore there is still got some free time for me to upload some of my outdated blog... before this, im still wondering whether i should curl it or straight my hair as people who are around me were keep asking me to change my hairstyle my what im concerning is my hair is still too short if doing perm and i wish i can do it during the coming xmas and not now...so i decide it to rebonding as usual..

Next week, ill be going off to KL for 3 days 2 nite of Rally.. I yet to received any email regarding my flight yet therefore i wish i can enjoy it very well..

That's it.. That is the place that we hang in with my family during our June gathering dinner, one of the recommended place from Siew YU... but we are not really like it as the food over there is just so so only but what i can say is the price is damn cheap lar...we had order..
