My second attempt, Fish.
The detail will be as below:
Ingredients:
1. 600g fish tail
2. 2 cups oil for deep frying
3. 4 tsbp chopped garlic
Gravy:
1. 1 tbsp oil
2. 2 tbsp chopped garlic
3. 2 tbsp light soya sauce
4. 1 tbsp oyster sauce
5. 1 tsp sugar
6. 1 tbsp shaoxing wine
7. 100ml water
Method:
1. Heat up oil for deep frying, deep fry fish tail until golden brown and crispy. Dish and drain
2. Put chopped garlic in the same and deep fry until crispy. Dish and drain. Sprinkle onto fry fish tail.
3. Gravy: Heat up oil, Stir chopped garlic for a short while ( do not turn into brown), added in the remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Remove from heat and pour over fish tail. Serve immediately.
